There is no minimum order quantity. Four fields are required; everything else helps us answer faster but can come later.

  1. Within one business dayAn engineer reads your request and replies with questions or a list of the files we need.
  2. Within 24 hours of complete filesYou get a DFM report: what fits our standard process, what needs special handling, and what to change.
  3. Within 1–3 daysYou get a quote with NRE, stencils, fixtures and programming listed separately, and long-lead parts flagged.
  4. When you are readySamples or a pilot lot, with first-article and test reports, before volume.

What to send when you have it

  • Gerber or ODB++ files
  • BOM with manufacturer part numbers
  • Pick-and-place (centroid) file
  • Assembly drawing and test specification, if any
  • Quantities per build and per year
